Weird behaviour from the man on the phone. Absolutely willing to pay the full price for a vehicle but got hung up on when asking about any money coming off. Reading one of the other reviews it Definitely wasn't an off day. Was a cash buyer but will not be bothering with this company now. Shame really because the vehicle looked amazing. Another customer lost.

Initial contact good, until requested AA inspection, told me waste of my money and that car may be gone by time arrange AA as not willing to hold car incase not sold due to results of AA report. Red flag in my eyes when dealer refuses car inspection.

Was very polite when viewing the car and I said I would think about it, then when I gave him a curtesy call back later to say that it wasn’t the car for me he near enough put the phone down on me. I don’t really understand why such curt behaviour as he didn’t even give me a chance to say that I was interested in the other one he had for sale and would come back and view. I am a cash buyer and not a messer and had the decency to call him, so I am not going to bother now.Maybe he was having an off day, shame really because the cars look well kept, hopefully this review will make him think about customer relations as he has lost himself a good customer.

I can’t thank David and Joe enough for all the good work there doing .Over the moon with the van I purchased from them,a credit to all there staff. If I was to require another vehicle I would have no hesitation in purchasing from them ,and recommending them to my friends.If you need a vehicle you couldn’t go wrong with Windmill . Over the years me,my wife,both my two sons and now my daughter have all bought cars from here,in total 6 cars,all cars are always perfectly presented,serviced ect and come with warranty included in the price,Joe the owner is always very friendly and helpfull and couldn't ask for a better service,always recommend to my friends,keep up the good work windmill.

Bought a Renault Clio and put down a deposit with the full intention of picking up the car. Received a phone call a day before pickup saying they couldn’t get the sat nav or radio to work so wouldn’t be selling me the car. A complete waste of my time and left me without a car which I urgently needed. They do not check there cars over beforehand and therefore haven’t got a clue what they are selling to there customers. Be careful when dealing with them. I also lost money on my insurance and was called a liar on the phone when I said I couldn’t transfer the insurance over. How can I transfer the insurance over when I haven’t got a car to do that??
